An image submitter grants permission to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and/or Daedalus Enterprises to publish submitted photograph(s)/digital image(s) in the AARC Virtual Museum, AARC publications, AARC websites, or AARC postings in social media in order to promote the profession of respiratory care or the mission of the AARC.
If a third party requests permission for educational purposes to republish one or more of the undersigned’s submitted images, the undersigned authorizes the AARC to grant permission for use of the requested image(s) under the condition that the photo credit(s) include (1) the name of the image submitter and (2) the AARC Virtual Museum.
